I'm Erick Pacheco, a dedicated IT professional with a passion for helping businesses thrive through technology. With over 4 years of experience in managing client relationships and projects I excel at delivering seamless technology solutions that meet business needs.

Currently working as an IT Coordinator at Tech Networks of Boston, I manage schedules for a team of six IT consultants, coordinating client visits, scheduling implementing of IT projects, and troubleshooting complex issues. My expertise spans project management, advanced SQL, network security, and cloud solutions, including Office 365 and Azure.

I’m a strong advocate for continuous learning, currently aiming to pursue a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology from Western Governors University. I also hold certifications in ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and more.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mentoring others and leveraging my bilingual skills to support the Latino community in Boston. Whether through tech support or community engagement, I’m committed to making a difference.
